CANCELLATIONS
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge a cancellation fee. The fee is $50-$100 depending on the amount of time you were booked for. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our schedules.
No Shows will result in a minimum fee of $100, up to full cost of appointment scheduled for.
RUNNING LATE?
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we will not be able to complete the full service you booked.
